The appointment system is absolutely hopeless, every time i ring i can never get appointment and when i actually got through to the receptionist she tells me that i cant pre book an appointment so how on earth do i get seen to then? i am currently in the middle of swapping surgery's and will 100% never be coming back even if i'm literally dying!

Ring over 100 times every time try to get appointment! When you get to the surgery always waiting minimum 40 mins after your appointment time to actually be seen I have waited up to 2 hours in the past! The receptionists are extremely rude when people are waiting st the desk they're all just chatting at the back of the surgery and have really bad attitude towards patients. Always different doctors in the surgery every week only 1 doctor which is regular and half the time isn't in! You may eventually get the medication you need but your waiting a long time to be seen or get an appointment and majority of the time the doctors barely speak English. Have seen Dr Boyd a lady a few times and she's actually sat there twice googling my symptoms and what to give me or sat there reading a doctor book to diagnose me and sent me back out to the waiting room for an hour just to give my anti biotics I asked for in the first place as I'd had the illness previous! Shocking surgery

Laughable booking system. I've called over 50 times since 8am, line engaged, got through at 8.40 and all appointments for the day have now gone. The only appointment I could get is in 5 days. They don't have a walk-in system for the surgery. I'm going to call again tomorrow hoping to get an appointment.
I'm booking for my elderly mother but I'll encourage her to move to another surgery. She was just going to turn up there today and wait, and she's ill. Disgraceful.

Getting an appointment is a nightmare, you start calling at opening time and when you eventually get through to the receptionist they tell you everything is already full.
Can't fault the doctors, I've always been satisfied with what they have to offer.

Overall, I am happy with the surgery. It is difficult to get through for an appointment but when you do staff try to help.
